The fact that your name is on the list (totally free, without obligation on your part ), your player can ask that you be the coach of the tour. The name on your ITF IPIN must be the same one that you registered with the LTA. Memberships are only valid for 12 months so make sure yours is fully up-to-date before entering a tournament.
